Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Am I allowed to travel into the USA?

Hi, I am 27 (soon to be 28) and I

was arrested in Wild Wood New

Jersey for marijuana and

paraphernalia charges. I paid ALL my

fines and I am wanting to travel back

into the US close to 9 years later

with my wife on a weekend trip to

NY. I called the Police department

that arrested me and they sent me

my papers, and the papers say the

charges were disposed. I am

wondering if I will have any problems

if I try to go over the boarder.

Re: Am I allowed to travel into the USA?

If you have a valid visa and the criminal case is completely disposed of as well as all of the condition of the conviction were satisfied and no warrants outstanding there should be no problem.
