Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Can some one answer this please.
hi, if a person is charged with 3rd possession of weapon fr unlawful purpose and 2nd degree eluding, and his cases to the county court were not classified as aggravated felonies, does that mean that in the immigration court it would be classified the same way?

I do not understand your use of the term "aggravated felonies." Both charges are serious
offenses. Especially, second degree eluding which has a maximum prison sentence of ten years and, upon
conviction requires a prison sentence.
Call me if you like.
