Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
In any and all areas of New Jersey, is it legal for a 21 year old male to engage in sexual intercourse, as well as oral sex too, with a 17 year old female?

It is not rape or sexual assault so long as she is at least 16 years old or there are no more than
four years between your two birthdates. On the other hand she is a minor and there is an offense known as endangering the morals of a minor. Find out when she will be 18.

It depends on various factors regarding the relationship between the two of you. I need more details from you before I can give you a definite answer. Please contact me to discuss this. I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
