Aresst Record

I was arrested because I allowed my friend to use my med benifits. I was given probation in lieu of conviction. My inmate, arrest records show the following for sentence 0 Y, 0 M, 0 D. What doe these abbrv mean? How long can an arrest record be seen by an employer when screening for a job

Just means you didn't do any prison. An arrest record will be there for ever until you get an expungement. Contact me for more information. I'll let you know when and how to get this erased.

If you were given probation you were convicted, you just didn't go to jail. You have to get the arrest and subsequent conviction expunged.
