Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Arrest warrant

I have an outstanding arrest warrant. How should I handle this? Should I surrender without an Attorney?

Re: Arrest warrant

You don't say what you are charged with, so I can't give you a complete answer. However, in general, if you live out of state and have an arrest warrant from New Jersey, you should probably hire a New Jersey lawyer to handle this for you and try to work things out for you regrading posting bail before you just turn yourself in. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: Arrest warrant

Doing anything without an attorney is rarely a smart move. I strongly suggest you get an attorney here to help you avoid sitting in jail for several days.

Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Re: Arrest warrant

A good lawyer presents options....

My best guess is your warrant is a little older (meaning you avoided this for some time), and your being out of state makes you an additional flight risk...that means high bail, especially if you don't have someone, like an attorney, to vouch for you.

Call or write back with some details and I'll be able to give you better advice. My e-mail is [email protected]
