Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i was arrested for shopliftting 2 yrs ago but the charges were dropped to a a disorderly person 2c :33-2A(1). I'm trying to apply for a job and I'm not sure if i should put yes or no where it says if i was ever convicted of a crime or misdemeanor
