I was arrested for simple assult. The case was dismissed. Can I have this arrest exsponged from my record? If so, how long would it?

Yes. If charges were dismissed an expungement petition can be filed with the court. I would need to know more though to properly advise you. If you were found not guilty then expungement is no problem. If charges were dismissed pretrial then you may have to wait for the stature of limitations to run before you can expunge.
If you have any questions please call me at 215-639-5297. We have offices in Hamilton and Mount Holly NJ.
