You have been charged with a fairly serious offense, despite the somewhat small dollar value. You are facing jail time, community service, heavy fines, and a lifetime ban from Home Depot. My advice is always that a person should never go to court without a lawyer on a criminal charge. I have a lot of experience handling this type of matter so would like to discuss it with you in more detail. Please contact me to talk. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

You are in South Jersey and I do a lot of work IN South Jersey
If you have never been in trouble before, the Courts would possibly entertain a probationarytype of supervision....you may have a compulsion that needs addressing. Sometimes these unhappy events can become a blessing in disguise.
Please call to talk at no charge.
YOU MUST HAVE A LAWYER to be on the safer side.
