If you can prove you were the victim of identity theft, you may very well be able to have the arrests expunged from your record. In order to give you more specific advice, I would need more specific information, like what you were arrested for and what happened to the charges. If you would like to discuss it by phone, you may call 877\688\3879.
I have dealt with situations like yours several times in the past. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

The charges must be dismissed against you and then a petition for expungement filed with the
Superior Court of New Jersey.
Call me if you like.
