Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Please Help Me a.s.a.p

Hi I need help before my sister's Nov 6th plea hearing. She is being charged with selling a small amount of drugs to an undercover cop thru the use of an informant. The prosecutor told her to plead guilty and get probation then the next day they told her she is getting 3 years in federal prison for it . This is her first trouble with the law and she has mental problems which she has been in treatment for. i need to know if there is anything we can do to fight this due to her first offense and mental state. Also they (informant) harrassed her hundreds of times before she gave in and got the drugs for him. Is there any entrapment or harrassing laws to protect her? Who do i complain to about the prosecutor's ethnics?

Your sister seems to have an attorney who believes a plea bargain is in order. On the other hand, if your information about her mental status and the nature of the drug solicitation are correct, she seems to have a plausible defenee.
