assault

person hit me in front of a security guard now she said i hit her after she got bail out it didn,t happen ,there was a dis pu with her and her brother in a pivate area she traten him body injury on him our attack his wife/childred witch she did.i spoke to a ATTONEY he said get a retraining order now she saying that I traten her by geting a order of protection it didn,t happen I have police paper/medical paper. p.s Im a mother trying to put my kids throw college with my husband

There is nothing I can tell you that will make this all go away. It seems like you already did the right thing by speaking with an attorney. I'm guessing though that you didn't retain him. I suggest you retain an attorney to help you with this. Otherwise, this may just continue to drag on.
