Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

in need of an attorney

theft by deception, indicted on these charges. an arraignmetn date is schedueld for 6/16/2008. Public defender has not helped since being assaigned back in 10/2007. This process has been going on for about 3yrs. i was never arrested or charged. A warrant was put out for my arrest in 8/2007. a bail was set for $750. I am outon a $750. bail.
