Doing a background ck on employee found out that there are judgement for over 50,000 that she stole from different companies is it wrong to notify employer

I believe that one is oblgated to act in good faith in doing a job. Doing a background check requires that the information yielded by the check be reported to the person paying for the background check. To do otherwise would be dishonest.

If you are doing a background check on behalf of the employer, then you should definitely notify the employer.
