Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Bad Checks Received
I have received 2 checks from the same person, from 2 different accounts. I've deposited both and they were returned NSF. I've contacted the party and of course they are not making restitution. I've obtained counsel, but they are slow in the process. I have a feeling that this person has done this to others, and in addition, running a sketchy new business venture. Is there a way that I can warn others legally about this woman?
