Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My bf has a 5 year probation sentence but violated it and was on the run for 6 months whats gonna happen now ?

First of all it depends on what caused his violation. Would need more information on that. To the extent that he ran from probation they might want to lock him up. I would consider hiring a criminal defense attorney.
