are there any books on how to read body language of the criminal jury in the eyes of the defendant ?

There are books on the meaning of "body language". which you can learn about by asking Google or going to a bookstore.

I wouldn't bother. There is nothing you can do about the body language of the jurors, only how your body language comes across to them.

There are many books on the subject, but I think you'd be better off interviewing a few good criminal defense attorneys who use the skills...
