Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i had a bong, scale and 26 bags. its my first offense. the one charge is 2C:36-2. i can't pay for any of this and i need advice fast, my court date is in 3 weeks. i need to know what the likely consequences are of this, seein as this is my first offense i hope its not that bad. i don't know if it matters but the bong was cracked and broken
