Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
What do you do if an ex boyfriend signs in to your email account, without your knowledge and answers the security question to gain access, and emails people from a dating website your address and sends them to your house for sexual acts...and the man sent actually shows up at your door...the ex boyfriend messages you to tell you he did so and while changing your passwords you stumble upon the email he sent and see the sexual acts he said you'd perform...is it a crime?

Must go to your local police with proofs and file charges.
Additionally you need to go to county court and file a domestic violence and seek a temporary restraining order.
