Re: Breaking Probation

It seems to me that an experienced criminal lawyer could take the right steps so that your husband would avoid any time in jail for his violation for probation. I would be glad to assist him in this regard. I am an experienced criminal lawyer. You should visit my website www.dwitrials.com and review it, particularly my profile page.

Re: Breaking Probation

Depending on the circumstances, a violation of probation could result in your husband actually going to jail for at least the balance of his probationary period. If he has been living out of state, I'm surprised his probation officer didn't find out about it sooner. Nevertheless, at the very least your husband will have to appear in court on his violation of probation charge. He will need a lawyer to represent him on this matter. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to your husband's in the past. I would like to discuss this matter with either you or him to discuss the particular facts of his case. Please call me at 908-272-0111 to discuss this. There is never any charge for discussing a case with me. Thank you. Sincerely yours, - Ronald Aronds, Esq. -
