Your question is not really specific enough. One thing I could tell you is that a lot of attorneys do not inform their clients that they are getting their first Brimage "strike" when they plea to poss with intent and get a light sentence such as probation. Then, they get another one and now they have a Brimage offer and are shocked. Nothing more IOC than that.

But you need to ask as more specific question because Brimage applies to more than just school zone and there are many issues surrounding it.
