ok my brother was arrested for poss of cds 4 grams of cocaine tje cop reson for stopping car he said the car was stolen but thecar wasnt stolen all papers on car bro wasnt driving friend was and the cop didnt ask the driver any questions and harrassesd my brother any help will do thanks
