Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I have a case where Adjudication was withheld and I just applied for a job that fingerprinted me and they told me they could not hire me due to my record. Is there anything I can do in this situation? Is there a chance for them to give me this job because it was withheld adjudication? What can I do ? This is my only case and I completed the probation term back in Dec 2009. All my documents say Adjudication Withheld. Please help me .... I really need this job and I want to know if there is anything at all that I can do. Thank you so much in advanced for your time and help. My case was in Florida and I am not in New Jersey.
