i had a case in a new jersey municipal court, the case was dissmissed because witness failed to show twice. today i got a new court date for same case, can they open this case back up, if so under what curcumstances... thank you... romello...

The judge can reopen the case if the case was dismissed "without prejudice" and the party who failed to show up convinces the judge that he had a food reason not to show up.
