Your question is not appropriate. What are the proofs in your favor and what are the proofs against you? What is the history of the officer and what is there to contradict that part of the officer's testimony which constitutes evidence against you? Are you guilty or not guilty? If you are not guilty you should plead not guilty and go to trial.
