Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i cashed acheck for twenty five thousand dollars for a aquntance deposited in my account in new jersey it came back insuficient funds redeposited the check then it came back account closed , he has not made good on the check what can i do now has he broken any laws, i'm considering a cival suit
