Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Casino problem
How do I file with the federal or state court about an incident that happened at a casino misdemeanor charge and petition the court to through out the case. I hired two lawyers and the records were thrown out but I am still in a database. I need a form to file with one of these courts fed. court and complain against this casino. Can you tell me what form do I need to file and how to get this form?

Your question is a little confusing? Did you get an expungement? If you did, your attorney that handled that should help you with that. Let me know exactly what you did and when and I may be able to point you in the right direction.
