Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was caught in a Walmart store in nj, for not scanning all my items at the self checkout. The police were called but I was not arrested, my record is clean, what will happen now? And will be criminally charged?

Probably not. They normally don't prosecute cases like this unless its over a certain dollar amount. However, if they do, call me at 1-855-9-JEFLAW to discuss.
