With a cds charge could i get any license in the medical field.

It depends upon the type of CDS charge, and it depends upon a review by the licensing board once you reach that point. If it is a relatively small possession of marijuana or drug paraphernalia charge, then this likely won't be a problem. If it is anything more serious than that, it could very well be a problem. Also, if you were granted either a Conditional Discharge or PTI, then there wouldn't be a record of any conviction. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please call me.
