Re: cds charge

Up to 6 months in jail, fines, and suspension of your driver's license regardless of whether or not the offense involved is a car. There are first offender programs that you can take part it. I suggest you speak with an attorney before doing anything. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Re: cds charge

The worst of it is the loss of driving priviledges....before you do anything, talk with a lawyer because there are good options that may be available to you in this situation. I practice in both PA and NJ, and charge very reasonable fees. You can write back direct to [email protected]

Re: cds charge

These are the maximum penalties:

If it is marijuana, up to 6 months in jail, up to $1,000.00 fine, and up to two years loss of your license. If it is any other kind of drug it is up to 5 years in state prison, up to $15,000.00 fine, and up to 2 years loss of your license. If you are charged with a CDS offense please call me to discuss your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
