Cds and hand weapon charges

Police raided my apartment and found a small aount of drugs and a handgun the person who gun and drugs it was,the police removed him and they didnt arrest me or charged me with anything. My question is can they come back and charge me for this later or go to jail when he sentenced or be implicatiated or these charges?

The police must have some good reason for not arresting you because they usually would take everyone in the apartment. They probably will not return for you, but I am saying only that it is unlikely and not that it is not possible.

You could be charged, but it doesn't seem like you will be, at least yet. I would keep the number of a good attorney on you at all times and say nothing to anyone about this case. If the police call you or snatch you up, call the attorney before doing anything else.
