CDS in a motor vehicle

My girlfriend was charged with haveing a CDS in a motor vehicle and it is her first time getting in trouble ever in her life. I was wondering what could possibly happen to her. I have heard she will lose her liscense for 2 years. Is this true?

She needs to get an attorney because the 2 year license loss is a minimum penaltly. If she was also charged with 2C:35-10, Possession of CDS, she'll face an additional 6 months loss of license [2 1/2 years total], and a criminal record. Feel free to call on our office 24/7 at 877/676/7729.
