Wow, you don't see that charge too much these days. In plain english, it means you were selling "roofies". Depending on the amount, it is either a first or second degree crime.

Flunitrezepam is alleged to have been distributed; dispensed or distributed or manufactured or possessed with the intent to manufacture; distribute or dispense. A gram or more is a first degree crime with a maximum sentence of twenty years and less than one gram is a second degree crime with a maximum sentence of ten years. Both offenses have a presumption of imprisonment upon conviction. Someone is in a great deal of trouble.
