If you drug charge was handled in municipal court
you can have it expunged.
If you will give me a call I will explain how it works.

It will depend on when it is from. Is it over 10 years old? If yes, my firm can assist you with moving to have this expunged. Please call if you would like us to assist you 7323703000.
Re: getting a charge off of my record
If this case was decided in a municipal court in NJ, and you were actually convicted and not given a conditional discharge, then you have to wait 5 years from the date your probation ended before you can apply for an expungement. If you fit into these two criteria, please contact me and I will talk to you about how to get your record expunged. Please note that if you were given a conditional discharge on this case, then that is the same thing as having the charge against you dismissed and you would not have a record of any conviction.
