Well you can put you were never convicted of a crime, but the arrest will still show up on a criminal background check. Since the charge was dismissed you can have the arrest expunged off of your record. Feel free to call my office about an expungement. I have free consultations. (732) 247-3340

You can answer that you do not have a criminal conviction (at least for this charege - I don't know the rest of your criminal history, if any). If you were arrested and booked you will have an arrest record, which can now be expunged. I can help you with the expungement if you would like.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
