Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was charged with 2C:33-2A(1) Disorderly Conduct for taking a picture of the police citing the people next door to me for a house party. I was cited for a house party as well, and thought that taking pictures of them just citing everyone would help in court. The cop clearly didn't like that I was taking pictures and cited me. The time stamp on the pictures is 4 minutes before the time written on the citation. Will I be able to argue this in court? will a lawyer be able to get me out of this?
