You really, truly need a good criminal defense attorney. I do not do that work, but I can recommend some very good attorneys in my area that do. Give me a call.

A pre-indictment conference is a meeting where the prosecutor makes a plea offer on your criminal charge. The judge will probably not even let you proceed without a lawyer since you are facing consequences of magnitude, specifically jail or prison time and extremely high fines as well as having a criminal record for ten years before you could apply to get it expunged. I do criminal defense work in the New Jersey Courts, throughout the state. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
