Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I got charged with two 2C:20-4A theft by deceptions in NJ. Both under 200 dollars so they are disorderly persons offenses. Will I go to jail?

They are disorderly persos's offenses and you COULD go to jail, but you do not have to go to jail. Call me, if you like.
