If you skip out on bail, you will be charged with bail jumping in addition to your current charges. Not a good idea. You can get a public defender.

You are charged with prostitution. You are required to appear in court whenever your case is scheduled. If you fail to appear a warrant will issue for your arrest. The warrant has no time limit. Whenever you return to the country it will be waiting. A warrant is a court order telling all law enforcement personnel to arrest

the defendant named thereon.

Today, we have computers; the warrant will be hanging over your head wherever you go in this country.
