Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was charged with disorderly conduct in New Jersey and when I went to court the prosecutor offered to reduce the charge to disturbing the peace. I am a resident in PA and will be graduating in December to be a teacher. I don't want this to show on my criminal history. Does disturbing the peace show on a criminal history report. Any information would help, thank you.

The simple answer is that if you are fingerprinted and photographed in connection with an arrest, you have a reported criminal history regardless of the outcome.
I would need to discuss this matter with you to give you a more detailed response, including the possibility of having your record redacted. Feel free to write back direct to [email protected] or call me at 215 592 0033.
