Without knowing all of the facts of the case I can't give you a definite answer. Ho0wever, in general, a second degree charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in state prison and thousands of dollars in fines. If you are convicted of this charge you will also be on lifetime parole under Megan's Law. You definitely need an experienced lawyer. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

What will happened to you depends on the facts of your case. You could go to prison if the appropriate legal action is not taken on your behalf. You need to get a lawyer NOW.
Call me if you like.

Second degree charges means that if you are convicted, you could get up to 10 years in jail on each count. Also, it means that even if you have a clean record, you will probably go to jail if you are convicted. Hopefully, you have a lawyer already. If you do not, call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.

I assume you have an attorney. He or she should tell you that if you are found guilty, you are looking at 5 to 10 years.
