I recommend that you hire an attorney who can make a better argument for your being not guilty. I am that attorney.
Call me if you like.
Despite the fact that this seems like a silly case, somebody being prosecuted for taking garbage, the fact is that you are facing serious penalties including having a criminal record, paying high fines, and possibly even going to jail. I recommend that you hire a lawyer to fight this charge for you. If you can't find a lawyer before the June 28 court date then recommend that you plead not guilty when you go to court and tell the judge you need time to hire a lawyer. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
