Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

i am being charged with possesion of maijuwana and paraphenalia

i am currently on probation for a drug crime last july, and was wondering if there is any way to plead not guilty and possibly get the charges dismissed. Because if convicted i will be violating my probation, and i really cannot afford to do that....any imput would be greatly appriciated

Yes of course. I would need more info in order to tell you what your chances are of getting a dismissal. However, you don't really have much of a choice here huh? You're only alternative is to fight the case with everything you got.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

If you are on probation and are charged with a new crime you are subject to a charge of violation of probation. It all depends.

Call me if you like.

By even asking this question you show that you need to have a serious talk with a lawyer about your charges. Are you represented by any lawyer, even a public defender? If you are, talk to them first. If you don't have a lawyer, not even a public defender, then please call me about your case. I am an atorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts in NJ in the past. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case, so call me after you have spoken to your current lawyer (if you have one). Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
