Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was charged with possion of a controoled substance( 1small rock of crack). It was plead down to loitering with intent to purchase.( In N.J.) is this a misd or felony, and does it stop me from serving on a jury?

Its a disorderly person's offense so No, you should be able to serve on a jury.
