Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

help

i am being charged with terroristic threats, poss. of a deadly weapon, poss. of marijuana, and alluding...i did not threaten anyone or allude the police if i could be guilty of anything it might be poss. of a weapon or poss. of marijuana they want to plea bargain me into taking all the charges when im Really not guilty of alluding or threatning im facing 4 years because my public defender sucks...is 4 years a fair term im only 19 y cant i get probation

These are very serious charges. I cannot say for sure if the plea deal is a good one or not, at least not until I review the evidence in the case. If you are dissatisfied with your public defender then you have the right to hire a private lawyer to defend you.
