Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I HAVE been charged with violation of 2C: 33-4A I live in Louisiana and have not been in NJ for over 20 years does a Municipal court in NJ have jurisdiction over some one in LA

New Jersey has jurisdiction over any crime which begins or ends in New Jersey. Harassing phone calls received in New Jersey would give New Jersey jurisdiction for filing a crimnal complaintl.
