Re: are the following charges indictable
These are already disorderly persons offenses which will be heard in the municipal court of the town where you were given these summonses. Depending upon how the case develops it may be possible to get the charges downgraded to some form of local ordinance violation. Until I see the evidence in your case however I could not give you a definite answer to your question.I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

They are not indictable offenses. They are disorder
persons offenses. Downgrading the charges to municipal ordinance violations is possible, but not so easily achieved.
Call me if you like.
