What are my charges?

I received the following charges but they aren't explained to me on my paper work. What do they mean? 2C:5-2, 2C:20-3(a), 2C:20-7.1, 2C28-4A, and 2C:29-3A (7).

Conspiracy, theft, fencing, false reports to police, hindering.

Basically, it means you should get an attorney as you are facing some serious charges. Sounds like the cops think you involved in a swag ring and then you did something to interfere in the investigation by giving false reports.
