Re: Child abuse

Easy question. Get an attorney now! You do not want to get into a battle with DYFS. Its a long and hard road. I have a client that left her children alone for about 10 minutes and 3 years and dozes of courts later, she lost her children. Now I wasn't her attorney then so that was nothing I did. You need to jump on this right away to stop this where it is now. Otherwise, its hard to turn the case around when it gets moving.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 and we'll discuss your case and develop a battle plan to attack it from every angle possible.

Re: Child abuse

Without knowing further details about your case I can't give you full advice as to how to proceed. For example, did the report to the state and DYFS result in a criminal charge against you? Has your stepchild been put into foster care? I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to this in various courts in NJ in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me at your convenience. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
