Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Child endangerment

I am not surethe daycare where this question goes. I hired a daycare facility to take my son to and from school while I was at work the first day took my son on the school bus and dropped him off at the wrong school. Right in front of the school without even makeing sure my son went inside the school my son is five) when I found out I called the daycare and they assured me they would pick him up and take him to the correct school. 2hours later my son was still at the wrong school. I had to leave work to go pick him up.

what can I do about this?

Re: Child endangerment

I would immediately file a police report. This is a 2nd degree offense.

Re: Child endangerment

Call the police and report this. Also call the state agency that controls daycare licensing and have them investigate this. Good luck.

Re: Child endangerment

I agree with Mr. Aronds. This is not really a family law issue, its more of a consumer complaint/criminal complaint type of issue. I suggest calling the BBB, the county and state department of consumer affairs, etc.

I hope he's out of there by now.

Jef Henninger, Esq.
