Child Endangerment

Myself and my wife had been charged for sexually abusing child more precisely charge is NJSA 2c:24-4a can anybody tell me how long those type of cases take time ? is their any way we can go back to our own country ? actually we were here on Temporary work visa (H1B).

This can take quite a long time. You are facing up to 18 months in jail if this is your fist offense. I suggest that you call a criminal defense attorney.
